Fees & Guidelines

Registration fees are indicative of the fees payable per delegate in Singapore Dollars and exclude the prevailing Goods & Services Tax (GST).

Benefits

The registration fee for GES Summit 2010 entitles delegates to the following:

  • Access to all Summit sessions on 7 & 8 October excluding Gala Dinner which is separately bookable.
  • Delegate Kit that includes conference materials and documents.
  • Access to refreshments, lunches and Networking Cocktail on 8 October.

Confirmation

Your registration will only be processed once payment is received. Please allow for up to 14 working days after the payment has been cleared, for the registration to be confirmed. When completed, a confirmation email will be sent along with other relevant information.


Payment, cancellation and substitutions policy

Payment

  • Payment for Early Bird registration must be received by 13th August 2010, failing which standard registration rates will apply.
  • Registration will only be considered complete when full payment has been received.

Substitutions and cancellations of registration

  • Delegate passes are non-transferrable. Request for substitutions must be made in writing 14 working days prior to the event date and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Please be informed that this is an exclusive summit and seats are limited. If you wish to cancel your registration, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. All requests for cancellations must be received in writing one month prior to the event date. After this date, no refunds will be issued.

If the event dates are changed by the Organiser, your registration will be transferred to the new dates. If you are unable to attend on the new dates, 100% of the registration fees will be provided (please note Indemnity Clause).


Indemnity


The Organiser shall bear no liability whatsoever should this Summit be cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to force majeure, Acts of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other fortuitous event that renders performance of this Summit impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this clause, fortuitous events shall include, but not be limited to fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, natural disasters, war, terrorist activities and other emergencies.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry if payment is not received before the event.
